If you want to to take your tax-free items from International Distributors (ID) directly with you in the plane, ID offers in co-operation with Worldwide Baggage Services (WBS) an easy "Travellers luggage" service via Schiphol Airport.

Procedure

• Select your item(s) from the ID Website
• Mention on the order form flight details as destination/flight date and time/ flight number
• From ID you will receive an invoice as for confirmation and payment
• On the day of departure you may collect your purchases at the service desk of WBS in the Departure Hall 3, opposite check-in 23. Opening hours Monday/Fridays 07.00-18.00hrs. Sat/Sunday 09.00-17.00hrs
• A staff member of WBS will guide through customs, which is opposite the WBS service desk
• You must personally show your purchases and invoice to the customs
• WBS will show customs document to customs to finalise the export transaction

Schiphol Handling fee
Schiphol handling fee of Euro 25,00 will be charged on your invoice

Important
It is imperative that your residence is outside the Netherlands; your name must be removed from the municipal register in the Netherlands
Payment of total invoice has to be arranged two days before departure-date

Over weight
In case your purchases are too big to take with you in the plane or your total luggage exceeds the weight limit mentioned on your ticket, you cans ask WBS to arrange the most economic way to airfreight the goods to your final destination
